Dr. Lee has over 20 publications and is the co-inventor of the InBrace orthodontic system. Growing up, he was deeply influenced by his family. His grandfather was a business owner, his father was an engineer, and his mother was a school psychologist. By watching them, he learned the importance of combining critical thinking with compassionate care. These influences are what led him to pursue orthodontics.
Dr. Lee earned his BS in bioengineering and his DDS from UCLA, and he completed his Orthodontics Certificate and MS in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences at UCSF. Since finishing his education, he has held positions as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UCSF and the Senior Clinical Advisor at InBrace (where he wrote the textbook on InBrace and created the certification course used by orthodontists all over the US).
Dr. Lee is passionate about making the most helpful and informed decisions for his patients’ overall well-being. He loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles.
